A brand new mediation studio just opened in Costa Mesa to help those dealing with stress.
Infinite You is a Meditation Studio that offers guided meditation classes in a clean, modern and calming atmosphere. Owner and founder, Lionela Torriero says the goal is to make learning and practicing meditation as easy and effortless as possible.
Infinite You offer various types of guided meditations in a step-by-step meditative experience. Classes last approximately 45 minutes each. General meditations sessions aim at quieting the mind and producing calmness and relaxation. More dedicated lessons are designed to help clients deal with stress, exhaustion, and anxiety while others focus on self-improvement, concentration, creativity, forgiveness, and grief relief.

Trick or Treating at Mercantile West

On Friday, you can start your family’s Halloween fun early by trick-or-treating at Mercantile West at Ladera Ranch from 3 to 7 p.m.
Participating shops and restaurants at Mercantile West will offer special deals during the event, including a free orange crush smoothie at Nekter Juice Bar between 3 and 7 p.m. when kids 12 and under decorate a jack-o-lantern on a Nekter cup; Choya Japanese Cuisine will give free $10 gift cards to the first 10 costumed youngsters who come into the restaurant from 3 to 7 p.m., and the next 20 costumed kids will get a $5 gift card, while other visitors will get coupons when they mention the Halloween promotion; and many other special offers that can be found at www.shopdineladeraranch.com.
